Skillr is an AI-powered learning and mentorship platform that connects learners and mentors, provides educational content, insights, and communication tools, and enables mentors to engage with learners through integrated messaging and productivity features.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

By using Skillr, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Skillr is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit spam, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misuse communication tools for unsolicited or deceptive messaging

Skillr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Skillr provides tools to facilitate mentorship and learning, but:

• Skillr does not guarantee outcomes, job placements, or certifications
• Mentors act independently and are not employees or agents of Skillr
• Users are responsible for evaluating advice and content received

Skillr may allow users to connect third-party services, including email providers such as Gmail, to enable communication within the platform.

By enabling an integration, you:

• Authorize Skillr to access and use permitted data strictly to provide the requested functionality
• Acknowledge that Skillr does not read, store, or use email content for advertising purposes
• Understand that third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies

Skillr's use of information obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Skillr may use AI systems to provide insights, recommendations, and assistance.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Outputs should not be treated as professional, legal, or medical advice
• Final decisions remain your responsibility

Your use of Skillr is subject to the Skillr Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

Skillr may suspend or terminate access:

• For violations of these Terms
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect platform integrity or user safety

You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Skillr disclaims all warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillr shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Skillr in the preceding 12 months (if any).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skillr from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

Skillr may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Courts located in Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
